Review: Lensvillage.com - i.Fairy Moe Moe Brown Lenses
Website purchased: http://www.lensvillage.com
Item purchased: i.Fairy Moe Moe Brown circle lenses with -4.25 power in both
Item cost: £7.45
Shipping cost: £3.76
Paypal fees: £0.56
Summary
Communication: ★★★★★ - Experienced no problems, they send you confirmation emails when you've paid etc. but to see if it has been shipped you must check your account on the webshop
Shipping: ★★★★☆ - Packaging was damaged and the tracking number didn't work for some reason, but shipping was quick and it arrived sooner that I expected
Comfort: ★★★★★ - Very comfortable, on par with my prescription lenses
Enlargement: ★★★★★ - HUGE enlargement
Colour: ★★★☆☆ - Very accurate to stock image but too yellow my personal preference
Value for money: ★★★★★ - A great way for me to try out good quality circle lenses
Overall: ★★★★☆ - Although these aren't my personal colour preference (I thought my eyes were a lighter colour!), they are very comfortable and offer a great enlargement. Lensvillage are reliable and I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend to others.

Review: Demonia.co.uk - Bravo 07 'Black Ribbon Wedges'
Website purchased: http://www.demonia.co.uk
Item purchased: Bravo 07 ' Black Matte and satin high ribbon wedges ' in a UK7
Item cost: £26.00
Shipping cost: Free
Summary
Communication: ★★★★★ - Their communication with me was prompt and organised.
Shipping: ★★★★★ - Free and extremely fast shipping which was well packaged, perfect!
Quality: ★★★☆☆ - Bubbles and unfinished joins, otherwise well constructed.
Wearability: ★★★★☆ - Strange wedge shape but otherwise as comfortable as 5" heels can get.
Value for money: ★★★★☆ - £26 is a good deal but I would not have purchased these shoes at full price.
Overall: ★★★★☆ - Nice shoes which arrived quickly and were cheaply priced but had faults that, if full price, I would have returned.

It's great to have a fashion exhibit in The V&A while the permanent fashion collection isn't open, and even better to have one that focuses on a fashion sub-culture that isn't commonly seen on the streets of London.
I've actually been excited about this for a while so I decided to go on the opening day, here are a few pictures that I took - apologies for camera phone quality:

Mens-wear, I think this was BPN? |

So much MoitiƩ in such a small space - seems a waste to have them on mannequins! |

Black shoes :@ |
I felt tan/brown would have gone much better as there was no black present in the outfit - not even accents! The rest of the dress isn't visible but it's mainly cream/red tones, seemed a shame to have the random black at the bottom. Also, you can see on the left hand side, an illustration on the frosted glass - these were next to each 'look' and are beyond cute, I'd love to know who did them!
I highly recommend seeing this exhibition even if you don't have an interest in Lolita fashion! From a fashion/cultural point of view it's not something you will see everyday and it's a great resource if you are gathering first hand information for a project.
