Summary

Communication:  - Experienced no problems, they send you confirmation emails when you've paid etc. but to see if it has been shipped you must check your account on the webshop

Shipping:   - Packaging was damaged and the tracking number didn't work for some reason, but shipping was quick and it arrived sooner that I expected

Comfort:  - Very comfortable, on par with my prescription lenses

Enlargement:   - HUGE enlargement

Colour:  - Very accurate to stock image but too yellow my personal preference

Value for money:  - A great way for me to try out good quality circle lenses

Overall: ☆ - Although these aren't my personal colour preference (I thought my eyes were a lighter colour!), they are very comfortable and offer a great enlargement. Lensvillage are reliable and I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend to others.

I've always wanted to try circle lenses and I was happy to find out that the majority had prescriptions available. I browsed through a list of retailers, picking the ones that had the best reviews and I settled on lensvillage as it had a sale going on, offered the best international shipping to the UK and the site looked one of the most professional.

I decided to purchase the i.Fairy Moe Moe Brown lenses, as they were only £8.28 and really cute + natural looking. I didn't want to spend too much money as I wasn't sure if they would suit me or how they would look etc.

Lenses

One lens with flash

The enlargement is pretty big and very noticeable, when I first got the lens out all I could think was "How the hell is that going to get in my eye?!"

Two lenses with flash
Two lenses without flash

These remind me of cat eyes a bit, I think it's the yellow tones? The colour looks too light for my personal preference and definitely needs make-up to balance out the look. I will order darker lenses next time!

Make-up with flash

Make-up without flash
The flash makes me look very surprised, the second picture is more accurate to how it looks irl.
The first time I wore these lenses I was out at a gig in Shoreditch, I wore them for about 5/6 hours with no real trouble - I changed them before I went home as I was tired and my friends were drunk so I needed to keep an eye on them!
I've since worn them twice and they are very comfortable, I don't notice they are there and they're on par with my usual prescription contacts, I've also experienced minimal displacement and no one has commented on me looking cross eyed either.

I've worn prescription contacts for about 4-5 years and I would say that these are only slightly more difficult to apply, mainly due to how huge they are. However when I put them in for the fourth time I found that I could do it without a mirror so it just takes patience, much like when you first insert prescription lenses! I would also say that these are true to my usual prescription and would recommend them to non-plano wearers!
