Value for money: ☆ - £26 is a good deal  but I would not have purchased these shoes at full price.

Overall: ☆ - Nice shoes which arrived quickly and were cheaply priced but had faults that, if full price, I would have returned.

I ordered these shoes in the 50% off sale after seeing them on the egl_comm_sales and wondering how much they originally cost. The stock pictures looked good and I could easily see how these could be co-ordinated.
I missed out on same day postage by half an hour, but seeing as they send items via Parcelforce 24 I didn't have to wait long.

The blacked out personal info looks like a smiley face!

The shoes arrived in a plain white box which was covered by the Parcelforce plastic bag. Inside the box the shoes were wrapped individually in tissue paper baring the Demonia logo and then covered in separate clear plastic bags as can be seen above.

Looking good next to my hideous rug

My initial impressions were good, however I could see that the wedge had more of an 'indent' compared to the stock image and there were sticky labels on the insole of the shoe which made me concerned that these were replicas.

The sticky labels were removable and just had the name of the parent company on - but why cover the original?

When I closely examined the shoes I found that some of the satin had bubbles where it hadn't been fixed properly. Luckily the worst was on the insole of the right shoe so it won't be seen but there is also some on the outside of the left shoe which is disappointing. It is only noticeable if you are close and/or looking carefully at the shoe but it is an unfortunate blemish.

Harder to photograph than previously thought - myspace angles?

The only other complaint I have is that the joins are quite messy, nothing life threatening but not very neat either - especially as it is fraying slightly. I might add a small line of glue or something to tidy it up a little.

The scallops on the edge of the shoe are well cut out and even with no mistakes or overlap. They are made from a PVC-esque fabric and are white/grey on the other side but this can't be seen when worn.

My camera makes the shoes look so shiny :@

The soles look well constructed and sturdy - not much to say here. They seem a decent thickness with a good amount of grip as I would definitely not want to slip while wearing these!

"Ma'am we're ready for your close-up"

The shoes themselves are relatively easy to walk in - on par with most other heels. I thought that the wedge would give my feet more support but due to the 'indent' in the heel it's not the same. The indent is a bit odd and feels like your feet are bouncing? It takes a little getting used to. I think I will also replace the satin ribbon used to tie the shoes as I feel that they are quite weak and might break which would render the shoes unwearable and be a massive dilemma if I was in public!

Here are a few pictures of them worn. This is a really quick and more cold weather lolita co-ord as 90% of my clothes are black and warm, I definitely need some more summer items.

Here is one of my lolita co-ordinate ideas for these shoes!
I would describe this as classical goth?
I need to re-pouff my petticoat and my blouse is too sheer without an undertop though :@

Chiffon Blouse: Offbrand Evans
Petticoat (not seen): commissioned from ririnhime on livejournal
Flocked Skirt: Dear Celine

Holy heels batman!
